I have compiled the Function and Command Reference to a PDF file.

It is formatted for double-sided printing (blank back side pages where appropriate) on A4 paper.

Let me know if it doesn't work for US Letter, and I'll try to produce a Letter formatted PDF.

The editable document source is in Word, if anyone needs that  :-\

Nicely done! I had plans to do a reference manual but I have been having personal/family problems so my time is super limited.

But this is great!

 Thanks!
